Our Booking process involves closely interacting with our guests and listening to their wishes and expectations carefully to design the perfect itinerary. We will discuss with with you on each step, share our recommendations and inside information and make sure you have great trip.
Step 1 - Tell us about your ideas / expectations : We like to hear about your ideas / wishes. We can and will help you put your travel planning wheels in motion. We will be ready to answer all your questions and worries and offer suggestions and advice for your proposed trip.
Step 2 - We will send you detailed travel proposal : Based on your interests and expectations, we will design your itinerary and select ideal accommodation and activities. Your proposal will be sent to you my e-mail.
Step 3 - Together we will refine your itinerary : Once you have studied the itinerary options and chosen the one you like, we will answer any further questions you may have.
Step 4 - Once you confirm : Once you are satisfied with the plan and arrangements, we will send you an invoice. Once your payment is credited we will send you a receipt with booking and payment details .
Step 5 - Trip Plan, vouchers and coordination : We will send you your vouchers, tickets and a comprehensive travel plan tips for travelers and all important contacts in India & Sri Lanka.
Step 6 - Ready to start the trip : 2–3 days before your start date, we will send out your pick-up details—with driver name, car number and how to find them on arrival.
From the moment you arrive until you board your flight home, you have a person to contact 24/7 via phone and e-mail for any assistance you may need.
Step 7 - During the Trip : We will provide 24x7 assistance through our local coordinators and over phone, whatsapp and sms services.
Step 8 - Learning and improvement : We are a learning organisation, striving to improve our services.We will request you for feedback regarding the tour and your suggestions for improving our services. This is important input for our quality process
