Transportation

Flights

We normally quote Economy class unless specified by our guests. The final cost of the tickets may vary at the time of actual booking of the flight.
If the variation is more than 5% of the original price quoted, we will request a second confirmation from our guests before booking.

Trains

The train bookings are done through the booking system of Indian railways. It allocates seats / berths / coaches as per availability. In rare cases you may find your seat / berth (bed) in different sections of the same coach or in very rare cases even in different coaches.
Unfortunately all seat allocations are completely ‘automated’ and cannot be regulated by us in any way!

Ground Transport

Cost: We include the fuel, state permit, tax, parking charges, driver’s allowance in the cost of the car. There are no hidden charges to be claimed later. However, to keep it reasonable the cost is calculated according to the agreed itinerary and sightseeing plan of the trip; should you wish to change the itinerary at a later date or during the tour this will incur additional charges.
Timing: The driver of the car will be available during the transfers and sightseeing according to the itinerary. If you wish to retain the services later in the evening, then you should inform us in advance.
Language: Most of the drivers do not speak English fluently, but are able to understand simple instruction in English.
Types of Car: Normally Two types of vehicles are used in ground transport. Dzire is a small car for city use and Innova is a larger and more comfortable car for long journeys.
